Models
What material are the chairs made of?
Our director's chairs are primarily made of solid beech wood – robust, durable, and timelessly beautiful. For outdoor use, we also offer models with aluminum frames and plastic fittings, as well as one model made of teak wood and one from Kambala-Iroko. The fittings on the wooden chairs are made of sturdy steel.
Where are the chairs produced?
Our products are manufactured in the EU.
What frame colors and finishes are available?
Depending on the model, you can choose from different finishes, including untreated beech, natural, brown, black, white, brandy oiled, and Kambala-Iroko.
Are the chairs weather-resistant?
Some of our models are specially designed for outdoor use – perfect for the patio, garden, or balcony. Important: Not all chairs like rain. Here you'll find all our outdoor director's chairs.
How much weight can the chairs hold?
Our standard models can support up to 120 kg. The children's chairs Nanni and Greta are designed for up to 50 kg.
Fabrics
Can I choose different colors for the backrest and seat?
Yes, that is possible – even from an order quantity of one piece. Just send us a message or email if you would like a color mix!
Can I wash the fabrics?
Please do not put them in the washing machine – the covers are not suitable for this. However, they can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Are there replacement covers?
Of course! We offer custom-fit replacement covers for all our models. The fabrics are precisely matched to our chairs. Here you can find all available fabrics.
What material are the fabrics made of?
Most of our covers are made of high-quality, robust polyacrylic – durable, colorfast, and easy to clean. For the deckchair Oliver, we use hard-wearing polyester.
Can I have the chair printed?
Yes! Whether it's a name, logo, slogan, or photo – you can personalize your director's chair exactly to your wishes.
Which parts of the chair can I have printed?
By default, we print on the front and back of the backrest. Printing on the seat is also possible upon request – just ask us!
Is image printing possible?
Of course! Upload your design in high resolution as a JPG or PNG with a transparent background in our configurator. Important: If the file does not have a transparent background, the image will be printed with a white box / background.
Can I reorder my printed chair?
Yes – we save your design so you can easily reorder at any time.
How much does printing cost?
Here is an overview of the costs. We calculate the cost per printed side of the backrest.
- One-sided: €23
- Two-sided: €46
Shipping & Delivery
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, you can get started with just one piece!
What shipping methods are available?
We usually deliver directly to you with GLS. On request, we can deliver your order by freight forwarding on a pallet – securely packaged and reliably.
Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?
Unfortunately not. Our packages are too large and GLS does not deliver to parcel lockers.
Can I pick up the goods myself?
Sure! You are welcome to pick up your order in person at our location in Sauerlach near Munich and save on shipping costs. Show address & opening hours
How long does delivery take?
Within Germany, shipping usually takes 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
What are the shipping costs?

Is next-day delivery possible?
We do not offer same-day delivery. However: If you order before 11 AM, you can have it delivered via 24-hour express. Simply select this as a shipping option at checkout. Important: This will incur extra costs. You can find out how much here.
Payment methods
What payment methods are available?
You can pay conveniently with us – choose from the following:

- iDEAL | Wero (only for customers from the Netherlands)
Can I purchase a voucher?
We currently do not offer any vouchers for purchase – but who knows, maybe soon.
Returns & Complaints
Can I return my chair if it doesn't fit?
Of course – you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days.
Please note: For personalized chairs, you can only withdraw the chair frame and the (unprinted) seat. More about the right of withdrawal in our GTCs
What is the warranty?
You have a statutory warranty of 24 months. However, normal wear and tear and damage due to improper use are excluded.
What to do if the chair arrives damaged?
Oh no! Please fill out our complaint form and send us photos of the damage and the packaging – we'll take care of it.
Corporate Terms
Do you offer corporate discounts?
Yes! Companies with a valid VAT ID benefit from attractive volume discounts.

How long does delivery take for orders of 20 units or more?
For larger orders, we plan with several weeks of delivery time. Please contact us at least 3 weeks in advance so that your desired timing works out.
